Company compliance services
It is a requirement of the law of particular jurisdictions that all registered companies maintain various registers, which comprise a permanent record of Directors and Shareholders, and make the necessary annual filings at the Registrar of Companies of the country of incorporation.
Any changes in the company's officers or shareholdings, along with details of any other changes, must be recorded in these registers and noted in the company's minute book in order to maintain a correct record at all times.
Maintenance of proper minutes of directors' and shareholders' meetings is also a requirement of the law, and in addition there are many standard forms, resolutions and returns that must be properly executed and filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Also, preparation and filing of statutory forms such as annual returns, annual accounts and VAT returns are submitted on time, along with the payment of annual government fees or franchise taxes, where applicable.
Here at Ancroft we take care of all matters relating to the compliance requirements of companies, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that companies are maintained in good standing at all times.
