Unless required to do so by a court order, we will not divulge the beneficiary's true identity to any third party without the express consent of the client. Power of Attorney is issued to its holders and signed as a Deed by professional directors giving the Attorney power to act on the company’s behalf. The beneficiary's interest is secured by the execution of a Declaration of Trust, which binds our nominee accordingly, and gives the client full control over any future transfer of benefits derived from the shares in question.
