Domiciliation services


We can provide a Registered Office/Registered Agent address for your company, where all correspondence from the government authorities is received.

We would emphasise that the facility is intended solely as the address to be entered in the public record for the service of official mail only, and must not be used as a trading or business address, or for collection and forwarding of general mail.

Your company’s stationery must not indicate this to be the only address for the business, and an alternative correspondence or trading address must also be shown. The registered office address must, however, be included on your business stationery (this is a legal requirement), but we ask that you do not display our telephone number under any circumstances.
