Restoration of companies


If a company hasn’t been kept up to date with its annual filings and payment of government fees, the company may be at risk of non-compliance, or ultimately be struck off the Register and have its assets frozen.

If required, Ancroft can undertake the necessary work to bring the company into good standing and ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are fulfilled.

The following matters must be considered:

· If the directors and secretary are current and validly appointed
· If the accounts meet statutory requirements and tax returns have been filed, if applicable
· The minutes of the company are up to date and meet current standards

With our experience of compliance requirements, we are able to bring the company into good standing and can even arrange to restore companies which have been struck off.

Certain documentation would need to be obtained and, in some cases, a lawyer appointed. Ancroft can undertake the necessary steps and supervise the whole process.
